Your project may be eligible if it is financed or assisted in whole or part through:
Washington State Housing Finance Commission or another program administered by the Department of Commerce
An Affordable Housing levy surcharge authorized by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW).
Federal housing programs administered by a city or county
Units should be leased with households at or below 60%> AMI (Average Median Income)
